3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions)
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Verify your email address through OTP verification
Maintain the security of your password and account

4.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on our platform:

You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting content on ChoCho, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where content has been shared or reposted by others.

5. Transactions and Interactions

5.1 Nature of Transactions

ChoCho facilitates free donations and exchanges between users. We:

Do not sell items or charge fees for transactions
Are not a party to any transactions between users
Do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items
Are not responsible for the delivery or condition of items

5.2 User Responsibility

When engaging in transactions, you agree to:

Accurately describe items you are giving away
Arrange safe and appropriate meeting locations
Inspect items before accepting them
Resolve disputes directly with other users
Report suspicious or fraudulent activity

5.3 KYC Verification

For enhanced trust and safety, we may require users to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include:

Government-issued ID verification
Selfie verification
Address verification

Verified users receive a verification badge and may access additional features.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by ChoCho and protected by:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
